SERVICE 01 · FIRST STEP
Find out what's worth automating before you buy anything.
The assessment maps where AI can actually help your operation — and, just as importantly, where it can't yet. It requires no new software, no hardware, and no changes to how you work while it runs.
How it works
Three looks at the same operation.
Kickoff interview
A structured conversation about what your team handles, in what volume, where the time goes, and what a correct result looks like for each kind of work. This anchors everything that follows in your actual operation, not a generic playbook.
Software spend audit
A review of what you already pay for — subscriptions, licenses, per-seat tools — against what those tools actually do for you. Overlap, underuse, and gaps show up quickly when the list is laid out in one place.
Workflow observation
A live screen-share session watching real work happen: the documents, the systems they move between, the manual steps in the middle. The tasks worth automating reveal themselves by how they are actually done, not how they are described.
What you get
An opportunity map, honestly labeled.
The deliverable is a written assessment: which of your workflows map to task types with measured AI performance behind them, which fall into territory where performance is unproven, and which are not good automation candidates at all. Each finding is tagged by confidence, so the report distinguishes between what we know from measurement and what we judge from experience.
Where a workflow matches a task shape we have benchmarked, the report can say so with numbers. Where it doesn't, the report says that too. An assessment that recommends everything is a sales document; this one is designed to be the opposite.
Who it fits
Built for operations that run on documents.
Invoices, applications, correspondence, case files, intake forms, reports. If your team's day involves reading documents, extracting what matters, deciding where things go, and drafting responses, the assessment will find the load-bearing tasks and tell you which ones current AI handles reliably.
The assessment stands alone. Some clients continue to deployment; some take the findings and act independently; some learn that the honest answer is "not yet." All three are successful outcomes.
Pricing
One fee, one deliverable, no ongoing commitment.
Standard Assessment
Kickoff interview, software spend audit, and workflow observation. Deliverable is a written opportunity map with findings tagged by confidence.
Starting at $1,500Extended Observation
Additional workflow observation sessions for operations with multiple document types or departments. Each session covers one workflow area.
$500 / additional sessionFinal pricing is scoped after a short conversation about your operation's size and complexity. If the assessment isn't likely to find anything worth your time, we'll say so before you spend a dollar.
